 After purchasing your desired audio production services, you will be redirected to a file sharing page called "We Transfer". This platform is where we handle the initial stages of our audio post production services. On the site, you will see a small window on the left where you can upload your files in either a compressed or uncompressed format. Simply add our email address (dezirustunes@gmail.com) to the "E-mail to" section. If your file size is too large or if you prefer a different file sharing option, please reach out and share a screenshot of your delivery details, along with your download link. Important! Before you submit or order any of our audio post production services, please read our file preparation rules. 

 We can set up a deposit payment of $30 to start working on your audio production services order. This allows us to begin the process of providing top-notch audio post production. After receiving the billing info and fulfilling the remaining fee, you will be able to download your file. When you done with your review you should let us know, by replying to that e-mail. If you satisfied you will receive a second e-mail with the subject/title "DEZIRUS AUDIOWORX ORDER DELIVERY".

 If you are not satisfied with the results of our audio production services after the revision(s), we will refund the full price of the order, no questions asked. This is part of our commitment to providing top-notch audio post production services. The refund will be processed via your preferred payment method
